CaritaHub AAC met all four scopes of the ASG-compatible AAC IT System Qualification Framework in October 2025, and has been listed as an ASG-Certified Vendor for two years running since 2024.
Singapore certification. Age Well SG (ASG) is Singapore’s national ageing strategy, and Active Ageing Centres (AACs) are the community care centres it funds. This qualification framework is the IT system standard those centres procure under, so it applies to our Singapore deployments.

In collaboration with local IT communities, CaritaHub contributes to Indonesia's Sekolah Rakyat programme by delivering industry-relevant technology education to students from underprivileged backgrounds. CaritaHub provides technology support to government-operated senior care homes (panti wredha) across East Java, helping frontline staff manage care more effectively. We believe quality eldercare technology should not be limited to private institutions — seniors in government care deserve the same standard of dignity, structure, and oversight.
